Senior Quality Engineer (Injection Moulding)
Role: Senior Quality Engineer (Injection Moulding)
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum + Overtime & Bonus (OTE £40-45,000)
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm, Friday 8:00am–1:00pm (39 hours/week)
Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support quality assurance across departments
- Conduct internal audits and assist with external/customer audits
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage documentation and compliance with ISO standards
- Oversee product verification, reporting, and customer returns
- Support production checks and despatch quality processes
What We\’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior quality role within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards
- Skilled in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, and Six Sigma
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Auditor training and experience with automotive quality systems (desirable)
- Experience in rubber/plastic injection moulding is a plus
