Interaction is recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator that holds a FLT Counterbalance licence - Even better if you have Clamp attachment experience. Working in Northampton, NN3 for a paper and packaging company. Previous experience within a manufacturing process operation is preferred, but full training will be provided. It is expected that you will be able to train in multiple areas providing a multi skilled and flexible team.

Responsibilities

  • Operating machines within production
  • General manual handling
  • Basic computer tasks
  • Understanding as well as appreciation of both Health & Safety and Quality

  • Able to prioritise workload to achieve deadlines
  • A good team player able to work as part of a crew and on their own
