Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural & groundcare machinery.
  • Carry out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Keep accurate records of all jobs and parts used.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety procedures.
  • Support the Branch Service Manager in delivering operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with groundcare, agricultural or related machinery.
  • Great problem-solving skills and a knack for diagnostics.
  • Strong communication and customer service mindset.
  • A self-starter who also thrives in a team.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
