Hours: Monday to Thursday, Fridays

The Client
Interaction Technical have partnered with a well-established and family-owned precision engineering firm based in Luton on their search for a skilled CNC Turner & Programmer to join their growing team. Our client has been producing precise components for an array of industries for over 40 years and is looking for a new highly skilled CNC Turner & Programmer to join their busy team.

The Role
- Programming, Setting and Operating multi-axis Miyano, Doosan and Star CNC machinery to produce precise components to tight tolerances.
- Use of Manual Machines to produce parts as required.
- You will produce small, complex batches of components to quality standards and tight tolerances.
- Produce an array of components for a variety of industries.
- Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings to produce components using a variety of materials.
- Programming Fanuc controlled CNC lathes to ensure components are produced to tight tolerances efficiently.
The Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with CNC Turning machinery (essential)
- Previous experience working with Fanuc controls (essential)
- Previous experience using Miyano, Doosan and/or STAR machinery (advantageous)
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Willingness to train and progress
