Role: CNC Turner Setter / Operator
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Salary: £16.77/hour + £564.60/month shift pay + Overtime available (OTE – £45,000-£50,000)
Hours: Monday – Thursday (4-day week) Week 1-2: 06:00 – 15:45, Week 3-4: 15:45 – 01:00
Job Type: Full time, Permanent

The Duties
- Operate and set CNC Turning machines
- Work with Fanuc and Siemens control systems
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Set tools and edit programs
- Inspect own work using precision measuring equipment
- Perform basic machine maintenance (TPM)
- Raise PIRs when required
- Maintain 5S standards in the work area
- Handle components, jigs, and fixtures safely
- Work independently and report to supervision
The Requirements
- Minimum 5 years\’ experience in CNC Turning
- Apprentice trained (preferred)
- Strong understanding of Fanuc/Siemens systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Skilled in inspection and quality control
- Self-motivated with good initiative
