DeepL is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to build and scale our partner ecosystem enablement programs while also enabling our internal GTM teams on effective partner collaboration and co-selling strategies. This role sits at the intersection of partner success and internal enablement, requiring someone who can design and maintain comprehensive training programs, develop enablement materials, and foster knowledge sharing across both external partners and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in enablement, with demonstrated expertise in enabling partner ecosystems within the software/SaaS industry.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Partner Ecosystem Enablement
    • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive enablement programs for DeepL's partner ecosystem across multiple roles: sales, presales/Solutions Consultants, professional services, and Customer Success Managers.
    • Create enablement content spanning product knowledge, technical skills, tools/platforms, and business processes.
    • Build and maintain a scalable partner enablement curriculum that evolves with product enhancements and market needs.
    • Develop certification programs and learning paths tailored to different partner roles and maturity levels.
  • Partner Portal & Tools
    • Contribute to the management of the new partner portal and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver self-service enablement resources.
    • Ensure partners have access to up-to-date training materials, product documentation, sales tools, and technical resources.
    • Leverage systems and data to track partner engagement, training completion, and enablement effectiveness.
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization
    • Create and deliver executive-level reporting on partner performance and program effectiveness.
    • Use strong analytical skills to measure program impact and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
    • Help establish partner tiering, incentives, and recognition programs based on performance metrics and certification-backed capabilities.
  • Partner Relationship & Knowledge Sharing
    • Build trust and rapport with partners and DeepL's partner team through exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
    • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange across the partner ecosystem via a variety of enablement experiences.
    • Stay current on product enhancements and competitive landscape to ensure accurate partner guidance.
  • DeepL GTM Team Enablement
    • Enable DeepL's GTM teams (sales, presales, customer success) on partner ecosystem capabilities, value propositions, and co-selling strategies.
    • Develop training events and programs that help internal teams identify co-selling opportunities and effectively engage partners.
    • Create playbooks/job aids and resources for internal teams on when and how to leverage partner relationships.
  • Partner Ecosystem Education
    • Educate internal stakeholders on partner capabilities, specializations, and ideal engagement scenarios.
    • Foster alignment between internal GTM teams and partner organizations to drive mutual success.
    • Facilitate opportunities for communication and knowledge transfer between partners and internal teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with Partner, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams across multiple regions to ensure enablement alignment.
    • Work with partner management teams to understand partner needs and translate them into effective enablement programs.
    • Coordinate with content creators, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to develop high-quality materials.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 5-7 years of experience in enablement, with significant time spent enabling partner ecosystems.
  • 4+ years in partner enablement, channel management, customer success, or related partner-facing roles within B2B SaaS or software organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience enabling multiple partner roles e.g. sales, presales/Solutions Consultants, professional services, and CSM teams.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and software industry partner ecosystems.
