Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister to join our successful Paul Dubberley estate agency team in Willenhall.

A Quick Look at the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for both winning new instructions and managing the sales process, using your estate agency experience and local market knowledge to generate new business and maximise every opportunity.
You’ll build strong relationships with vendors and buyers, conduct valuations and property viewings, negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion. You’ll also work closely with the wider branch team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and maximise opportunities to introduce clients to our in-house Mortgage Advisors.

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For
To be successful as a Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister, you will:
- Have previous estate agency experience, ideally with experience across both sales negotiation and listing/valuations
- Be confident in generating new business and winning instructions in a target-driven environment
- Have strong local property market knowledge and an understanding of the sales process
- Be confident conducting valuations, negotiating offers and progressing sales
- Deliver outstanding customer care and build strong relationships with clients
- Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
- Hold a full UK driving licence
