Employment Solicitor in Belfast

The Role · Employee/Claimant only solicitors – predominantly unfair dismissal, discrimination and settlement agreement · Running Tribunal claims from start to finish · Assessing prospects of success and determining best methods of funding · Preparing early conciliation forms · Drafting and lodging ET1’s · Advising a client on the law and legal issues relating to their case · Drafting documents, letters and contracts tailored to the client's individual needs · Supervising and reviewing the work of a small team of trainee solicitors and paralegal. Required Criteria · Employment law specialist · 2 - 4 years PQE · Claimant background · Experience of running own case load and Tribunal claims from start to finish · Advocacy experience · Strong IT skills · Ability to communicate clearly in writing and conversation · Ability to plan work and prioritise tasks Preferred Method of Application · Please provide a cover letter and CV Location: Belfast, Newcastle or fully remote Terms Salary to be discussed Mon – Friday 9 – 5 (35 hours) 25 holidays P/A + stats
