You will be based entirely at their bright, modern office in Stockton, which offers excellent amenities, including access to a private gym and a fully stocked bar. Every Friday at 4 pm, employees are encouraged to gather for a casual drink and connect with colleagues before heading home for the weekend.
The Role:
As the Management Accountant, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact, reporting to the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and reports.
- Processing daily Bank Reconciliations.
- Preparing accounting ledgers for all purchase and sales invoices.
- Preparing the VAT return.
- Processing purchase invoices and supplier payments.
- Supporting system integration and development.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar hands-on role, ideally with a background in stock accounting. You're someone who doesn't shy away from getting stuck in to get the job done, whether that's processing invoices or producing detailed management reports. While being part-qualified in CIMA/ACCA is preferred, we also welcome candidates who are qualified by experience.
