Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead a small team and be trusted to run the monthly reporting cycle, strengthen controls, and provide the analysis that supports commercial decisions.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading the finance team across purchase ledger, credit control, payroll and an assistant management accountant
- Owning the month-end timetable and finalising the management accounts pack
- Producing clear variance analysis and reporting by business unit
- Keeping the balance sheet tight: reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and daily bank control
- Overseeing debtors and creditors and supporting cashflow visibility
- Supporting budgets, forecasts and KPI reporting
- Managing VAT returns and leading the annual audit with external advisers
- Supporting Irish entity reporting and group consolidation oversight
- Improving processes, tightening controls and driving finance projects
