Brand-new position with the opportunity to help shape how things are done A genuine step up from a transactional finance role Greater exposure to management accounts and month-end Opportunity to improve and implement finance processes Real scope to grow: As the business continues to expand, there's opportunity for your role and responsibilities to develop with it What you'll be doing Supporting monthly management accounts and reporting Balance sheet and ledger reconciliations Sales ledger Journals, accruals and prepayments Cash flow and financial reporting Identifying and implementing process improvements Who we're looking for You may currently be a Finance Assistant or Assistant Accountant who's ready for more exposure and responsibility. You'll ideally have good transactional finance experience, some exposure to month-end and strong Excel skills. We're equally open to candidates who are AAT qualified or currently studying towards AAT, and those who have developed their knowledge and accounting experience through their career. What matters is that you have a strong grounding in finance, the ability to take on this next step and the ambition to continue developing.
