This is a chance to join a fast-growing, multi-site retail and distribution business in the beauty and wellness sector, in a role that offers real ownership, variety, and progression. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead a small team and be trusted to run the monthly reporting cycle, strengthen controls, and provide the analysis that supports commercial decisions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the finance team across purchase ledger, credit control, payroll and an assistant management accountant
  • Owning the month-end timetable and finalising the management accounts pack
  • Producing clear variance analysis and reporting by business unit
  • Keeping the balance sheet tight: reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and daily bank control
  • Overseeing debtors and creditors and supporting cashflow visibility
  • Supporting budgets, forecasts and KPI reporting
  • Managing VAT returns and leading the annual audit with external advisers
  • Supporting Irish entity reporting and group consolidation oversight
  • Improving processes, tightening controls and driving finance projects

  • Ideally fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Strong Excel and a confident analytical mindset
  • Comfortable leading a small team and owning deadlines
  • Clear communicator who can challenge constructively and improve processes
