The business is highly successful and has an impressive client base. We now wish to appoint a Finance Director to lead the finance function and support other board members in delivering the strategic and operational objectives of the business. Key responsibilities will include: Financial management and reporting. Strategic and operational leadership. IT and Business Management systems development. Oversee aspects of HR, Facilities and IT. Key skills and attributes: Qualified accountant. Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role. Familiarity with IT systems projects, particularly practice management or ERP systems implementations. Ideally We anticipate this to be approximately 25-30 hours/week, which could be worked over 3, 4, or 5 days to accommodate personal circumstances. Hybrid working is the norm, although a minimum of two days per week on site. Remuneration and benefits A comprehensive remuneration package will include bonuses and potential share participation in the medium term.
