Our exclusive client is a privately owned Professional Services provider based in South Manchester. The business is highly successful and has an impressive client base. We now wish to appoint a Finance Director to lead the finance function and support other board members in delivering the strategic and operational objectives of the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Financial management and reporting.
- Strategic and operational leadership.
- IT and Business Management systems development.
- Oversee aspects of HR, Facilities and IT.
Key skills and attributes:
- Qualified accountant.
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role.
- Familiarity with IT systems projects, particularly practice management or ERP systems implementations.
We anticipate this to be approximately 25-30 hours/week, which could be worked over 3, 4, or 5 days to accommodate personal circumstances. Hybrid working is the norm, although a minimum of two days per week on site.
