Group HR Director
A rapidly growing national education group is seeking an exceptional HR leader to help build the next stage of its business.
This is not a traditional HR role. We're looking for someone who has successfully built, scaled or transformed organisations—someone who combines commercial awareness with the energy to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.
You'll be equally comfortable shaping strategy and delivering it, creating structure without bureaucracy, and driving change in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
