- Cut, trim, debone and prepare meat according to specifications.
- Ensure all products meet quality, freshness & presentation standards.
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong teamwork & communication skills.
- Knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques and yields.
