We are looking for a Customer Stock Controller to join our team at the customer site in Marston Green, Birmingham. The role involves handling warehouse operations and ensuring timely delivery of parts to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and kit customer orders.
  • Run weekly stock replenishment cycles.
  • Deliver and distribute parts to other customer sites in the local area.
  • Make regular visits to the Incora site in Derby for collections.
  • Perform general warehouse housekeeping activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in warehousing, logistics, or stock replenishment roles.
  • Ability to interact and build relationships with external customers.
  • Excellent time‑management skills and ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, strong team‑work skills and initiative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general PC literacy.
  • Possession of a valid UK driving licence.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting salary up to £27,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
