We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as a Technical Engineer on a full-time basis with hybrid working. As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, our customers are at the heart of our business. You will work as a technical‑quality specialist embedded in a global aerospace supply chain environment. This is a desk‑based, data‑intensive role — you won’t handle physical products directly, but you will need to understand components, specifications, and customer requirements. As a Technical Engineer you will be keeping data accurate, documentation compliant, and processes running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing supplier documentation and technical data in accordance with industry and customer requirements
- Reviewing and approving FAIRs (First Article Inspection Reports)
- Managing sourcing changes from a technical point of view and verifying suppliers against quality and compliance criteria
- Maintaining data in Incora’s ERP systems, ensuring accuracy of customer information and resolving errors that impact quality and delivery
- Controlling and updating information systems to ensure data is current and accurate
- Managing and maintaining data in compliance with regulations and customer requirements
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting in customer technical audits
Requirements
- Engineering Degree or equivalent technical qualification
- Experience in quality assurance or engineering roles (Aerospace industry experience would be an asset)
- Knowledge and experience with AS9102 would be an asset
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and complex specifications
- Good attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to influence others and build effective relationships
- Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) or non‑conformance management would be an advantage
- Valid UK Driving Licence
