As a leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, Incora seeks an organized individual to act as the voice of Incora in supplier engagement, RFQ management, and strategic sourcing.
Responsibilities
- Engage suppliers and issue follow‑up RFQs.
- Develop a strong knowledge base to support effective sourcing strategies.
- Identify and target key suppliers and define sourcing strategy.
- Lead commercial negotiations to achieve optimal pricing.
- Ensure supplier suitability and alignment with commodity sourcing strategies.
- Support Incora’s growth by developing optimised sourcing and cost strategies that retain existing customers and secure new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous procurement experience, ideally as a buyer in manufacturing.
- Solid understanding of costing principles and total acquisition cost.
- Experience in aerospace, manufacturing or automotive sectors preferred.
- Background in hardware procurement a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (advantageous).
- Working towards or holding a CIPS qualification (desirable).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using AI tools such as Copilot to enhance productivity.
- Proactive, organized, collaborative, excellent communicator.
