We are seeking an exceptional Quality professional to join as a Customer Quality Engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Work with designated customers to provide accurate reviews of performance and respond quickly to any customer enquiries.
  • Seek to improve performance through robust containment and problem resolution.
  • Manage time‑sensitive issues using initiative, accuracy and pace.
  • Conduct audits and engage management in findings, conclusions and actions, supporting continuous improvement.
  • Handle non‑conformance – containment activity on site at Incora and at customer sites when required.
  • Provide daily input into MRB (Material Review Board), handling supplier and onsite non‑conformance issues and their resolution.
  • Support the Supplier Quality team by raising issues timely with accurate supporting data for swift resolution.
  • Interface with the Customer Solutions team to understand mission‑critical issues requiring Quality support.

Qualifications

  • HNC or HND in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience of problem resolution via root cause analysis, ideally in the aerospace or automotive sectors.
  • Desirable: Sigma or Lean accreditation; experience in industrial rail sectors.
  • Comfortable meeting customer needs, understanding and acting on customer requirements when required.
