We are looking for a Customer Account Coordinator to work from our customer site in Derby, based at Rolls Royce MMC, Wilmore Road, Derby, DE24 8BD.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside our Incora customer team to deliver first‑class customer service, ensuring customer needs are understood and managed.
- Maintain the Incora footprint at the customer site at required levels, identifying part shortages and liaising with internal stakeholders to correct them.
- Resolve customer queries by engaging with a range of stakeholders to reach swift conclusions.
- Run and contribute to meetings with the customer, articulating updates with ease.
Employment Details
Shift pattern: 3‑week rotating schedule – 06:00 to 14:30, 14:00 to 22:30, 20:00 to 06:30.
Qualifications & Experience
- Exceptional initiative and ability to build long‑term relationships with stakeholders, prioritising workload.
- Proven track record in a B2B customer service role with strong negotiation skills.
- Comfortable running and contributing to customer meetings.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.
- Background in aerospace, manufacturing or logistics preferred.

- Starting salary up to £27,000 dependent on experience plus 17.5% shift allowance.
