UK Immigration Paralegal - 12 Month FTC

A prestigious international firm has a brand requirement for an Immigration Paralegal on an initial 12 month contract. They are a globally renowned organisation, offering an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of global entities on wide ranging global projects, providing essential services relating to the new UK immigration system.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering expert advice on UK immigration legislation.
• Provide guidance to organisations on the Global Mobility/Skilled Worker visa category and act as a Level 1 User on the Sponsor Management System.
• Provide advice to private clients regarding immigration queries, on visa queries including but not limited to: Appendix FM, Entry Clearance, Naturalisation, Citizenship, Global Talent, Tier 1 Extensions, etc.
• Advise clients on changes to UK immigration legislation and the implications of Brexit.
• Conduct client site visits to deliver training and foster strong client relationships.

You will have:

• Previous experience in UK immigration legislation
• Prior experience working in a corporate law firm environment.
• Up-to-date knowledge of recent changes in the UK immigration system.
• Strong academics
• Proven track record in providing advice on the Global Mobility/Skilled Worker categories and utilising the Sponsor Management System effectively.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, as you will be the main point of contact for high-profile global clients.
