The position sits as part of their highly regarded Immigration Department, focused on providing immigration advice to a range of individuals and corporations within the creative industry.

  • Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
  • Act as main point of contact for clients regarding UK immigration legislation focused within the creative/media industry.
  • Work closely with individuals & corporations in providing best in class immigration advice.
  • Take the lead on complex cases, researching and identifying best possible solutions.
  • Act as an escalation point for wider team reading any complex queries focused on the media industry.
  • Support firm Partnership in driving strategy as part of the wider firm development.

You will

  • Ideally be a qualified solicitor; with strong experience in UK immigration focused on advising within the creative/media industry.
  • Previous experience of working within a city/global law firm environment.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships is also key as you will provide a main point of contact service to a range of individuals.
  • Proven track record in delivering solutions for creative/media clients regarding complex immigration cases.
  • Candidates who are not qualified solicitors but can demonstrate strong immigration advisory experience within the creative/media industry can also be considered
