A highly regarded firm is seeking a Senior Immigration Consultant to join its London team. Working with a portfolio of global corporate clients, you will provide strategic UK immigration advice with a particular focus on sponsor licence compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients on UK immigration matters.
- Provide sponsor licence compliance advisory support, including audits, compliance reviews, risk assessments and best practice guidance.
- Advise on Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility and other UK work visa routes.
- Support clients with sponsor licence applications, maintenance and Sponsor Management System (SMS) activities.
- Monitor changes in immigration legislation and advise clients on the potential impact.
- Deliver client training on sponsor compliance and UK immigration regulations.
About You
- Strong experience within UK corporate immigration.
- Demonstrable expertise advising clients on sponsor licence compliance and sponsor duties.
- Proven experience managing Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility applications.
- Strong working knowledge of the Sponsor Management System (SMS).
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK immigration legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
