A globally renowned law firm, recognised for its market-leading work with multinational corporations, is seeking a Senior Immigration Associate (4 years + PQE) to join its highly regarded Immigration Department in London. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with leading Partners, advising corporations on complex UK immigration matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice to corporations on the Skilled Worker/Global Mobility visa category and act as a Level 1 User on the Sponsor Management System.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing tailored, strategic immigration solutions with discretion and precision.
- Visit client sites to provide training and undertake audits on immigration compliance and employment law implications.
- Manage your own caseload while contributing to larger, high-value client projects.
- Support the Partner in developing and implementing departmental strategy.
- Supervise junior team-members, maintaining quality of service.
- Contribute to business development, including client relationship management, networking, and participation in firm-wide initiatives.
- Collaborate with other practice areas (employment, tax, corporate) to provide a holistic service to international clients.
