A renowned multi-service practice with a fantastic reputation for entrepreneurial flair, has a brand new requirement for a Senior Immigration Associate. The position will sit as part of their highly regarded Employment Department, focused on providing immigration advice to both corporate organisations and HNW private individuals.
This is a rare opportunity for someone keen to develop an immigration practice within a highly regarded multi-service practice.
Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Act as main point of contact for a range of clients regarding immigration queries
- Provide advice to corporations on the Skilled Worker/Global Mobility visa category and act as a Level 1 User on the Sponsor Management System
- Visit client sites to provide training and undertake audits on immigration compliance and employment law implications
- Act as a subject matter expert for wider firm on all immigration topics
- Advise HNW private clients regarding current immigration legislation
- Coordinate with wider firm practice areas to offer multi-faceted approach
- Actively participate in business development, driving new firm initiatives
You will be a:
- Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in UK corporate immigration law.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify potential commercial opportunities and cross-sell firm services.
- Ability to build strong client relationships is also key as you will provide a main point of contact service to a range of high profile clients.
- Subject matter expert for all immigration queries
- Proven track record within business development; with ability to demonstrate generating revenues on a consistent basis
