A boutique firm has a brand requirement for an Immigration Consultant. They are going through a strong period of growth and can offer an exciting opportunity to work across a wide variety of visa applications, providing essential services relating to the new UK immigration system.
As an Immigration Consultant, you will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for clients regarding UK immigration legislation. Your expertise will be crucial in providing advice to organisations on the Global Mobility/Skilled Worker visa category, and you will serve as a Level 1 User on the Sponsor Management System.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering expert advice on UK immigration legislation.
- Provide guidance to organisations on the Global Mobility/Skilled Worker visa category and act as a Level 1 User on the Sponsor Management System.
- Provide advice on wider visa queries including but not limited to: Appendix FM, Entry Clearance, Naturalisation, Citizenship, Global Talent, Tier 1 Extensions, etc.
- Advise clients on changes to UK immigration legislation.
- Conduct client site visits to deliver training and foster strong client relationships.
You will have:
- Extensive experience in UK immigration legislation.
- IAA accreditation at Level 1 is essential.
- Up-to-date knowledge of recent changes in the UK immigration system.
- Proven track record in providing advice on the Global Mobility/Skilled Worker/Student visa categories and utilising the Sponsor Management System effectively.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, as you will be the main point of contact for high-profile global clients.
