As an Immigration Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for clients regarding UK immigration legislation. Your expertise will be crucial in providing advice on the Global Mobility/Skilled Worker visa category, and you will serve as a Level 1 User on the Sponsor Management System.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering expert advice on UK immigration legislation.
- Provide guidance to organisations on the Global Mobility/Skilled Worker visa category and act as a Level 1 User on the Sponsor Management System.
- Advise on wider visa queries including Appendix FM, Entry Clearance, Naturalisation, Citizenship, Global Talent, Tier 1 Extensions, etc.
- Advise clients on changes to UK immigration legislation.
- Conduct client site visits to deliver training and foster strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in UK immigration legislation.
- Up-to-date knowledge of recent changes in the UK immigration system.
- Proven track record in providing advice on the Global Mobility, Skilled Worker, and Student visa categories and utilising the Sponsor Management System effectively.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for high‑profile global clients.
