Your main responsibilities will include:
- Act as the main point of contact for a range of clients regarding immigration queries
- Provide advice to corporations on Skilled Worker/Global Mobility visa categories and act as a Level 1 User on the Sponsor Management System
- Visit client sites to provide training and undertake audits on immigration compliance and employment law implications
- Act as a subject-matter expert for the wider firm on all immigration topics
- Advise HNW private clients regarding current immigration legislation
- Coordinate with wider firm practice areas to offer a multi-faceted approach
