You will be responsible for:
- Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.
- Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.
- Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
- Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.
- Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.
- Other duties as assigned.
You have:
- A valid, full class 5 provincial driver’s license from MB.
- A clean driver’s abstract.
- Experience in a customer service-related role.
- A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, pushing, and making deliveries in all weather conditions, both day and night.
- Proficiency in using mobile technology, including GPS applications and smartphones.
