To fulfill Pattison Agriculture\’s vision of GROWING, CONNECTING, AND EVOLVING, we are looking for a Shop Help to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership in Swan River, MB. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, setup, and assorted duties for the Service Department.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor mechanical repairs on equipment
• Operate and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment required in the setup and delivery process
• Assemble and service all types of equipment
• Perform maintenance, cleaning, and tidying duties for all areas of the shop

Requirements

This position is ideal if you have:

• The ability to operate vehicles, tools, and equipment safely, following all safety rules and regulations
• A valid Driver\’s License
• The ability to work flexible hours and varying shifts when necessary
• Basic knowledge of engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and farming experience—this would be considered an asset
