The Role
As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:
- Registering customer enquiries and identifying their property requirements to offer our property and financial services.
- Conducting accompanied viewings on residential and lettings stock.
- Obtaining constructive feedback from buyers and tenants and relaying it to our sellers and landlords.
- Negotiating sales and lettings offers to achieve successful outcomes.
- Providing regular marketing updates to sellers and landlords, identifying strategies to enhance interest and enquiries for their properties.
- Assisting in the progression of sales through the legal process, liaising between buyers, sellers, and solicitors.
- Proactively advancing lettings applications to successful conclusions, maintaining communication with tenants and landlords.
- Actively generating residential and lettings market appraisals to drive new sales and lettings instructions.
- Identifying mortgage opportunities and scheduling mortgage appointments with our financial service partners.
- Recognising conveyancing opportunities and maximising referrals to our in-house panel law firms.
- Enhancing brand awareness through effective utilisation of social media platforms.

Hours
Full time - 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Saturdays on a rota basis for which lieu time will be given.
Salary
Basic salary + commission. OTE earnings upwards of £30,000.
