About the role:
Based at Central Star Autohaus Brighton, you will join a professional and friendly team. Your primary focus will be to provide outstanding customer service while guiding clients through the purchasing process of pre-owned vehicles. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will ensure satisfaction throughout their sales journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our inventory, including vehicle features and benefits.
