We’re a new, boutique childcare setting launching this September in the heart of the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter, and we’re looking for a motivated, warm-hearted Apprentice to join our founding team.
The Patter Place Vision
We aren’t a large "nursery factory." We’re a small, intimate setting inspired by the Montessori and Reggio Emilia approaches. We believe in natural, child-led play, and our space at the beautiful Stryx JQ is designed to be a calm, creative, and inspiring place for children and for you!
Why become an apprentice with us?

Your Role: You’ll support our team in the daily care of our children, help set up engaging play environments, ensure our high hygiene and safety standards are met, and build wonderful, supportive relationships with our families.
