We’re looking for a visionary Senior HRBP who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and organisational development. In this multifaceted role, you will act as a strategic HR Business Partner for the EMEA business, with a specific focus on Commercial teams and own core People Operations for the EMEA region. This is an opportunity to shape culture, influence leaders, drive organisational effectiveness, and create scalable HR frameworks that support our global growth. What You’ll be Doing:
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to Commercial teams, using business insights and data to drive decisions.
- Diagnose organisational needs through performance, engagement, and workforce analytics.
- Design and implement organisational changes, including restructures, performance frameworks, and talent initiatives.
- Coach leaders on people strategy, capability development, and complex people issues to elevate team effectiveness.
- Own the full talent lifecycle across EMEA: reviews, succession, acquisition, development, motivation, and retention.
- Champion a high‑performance culture by driving the performance management cycle and continuous improvement.
- Lead and enhance People Operations processes, ensuring consistent, meaningful employee experiences.
- Provide policy guidance, ensure compliance, and manage employee relations cases with fairness and accuracy.
- Build and deliver training programs in partnership with global HR counterparts.
- Mentor and manage the People & Culture Coordinator and Office Manager while supporting HR foundations across EMEA/APAC.
About You:
- Solid experience in HR/People roles, including HR Business Partnering.
- Proven ability to manage the full employee lifecycle and complex employee relations cases.
- Experience supporting commercial or revenue‑generating teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from people and performance data.
- Skilled in organisational development, change management, and leadership coaching.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience working in global or multi‑region environments (EMEA/APAC/NA).
- Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments with a proactive, solutions‑driven approach.
