Role Summary

The Project Manager supplies bespoke services in the PatSnap ecosystem, including delivering top quality training to enable, empower and engage clients. This role turns access into impact. You’ll work closely with customers so the platform is implemented and fully utilized, delivering real outcomes. You’ll support clients from onboarding through to later stages of their contract, run training sessions, re‑engage teams as needed, and ensure they continue to get value as their needs evolve. Sessions are delivered directly with clients and at scale through webinars and other scalable approaches, focusing on building confidence and capability with the platform. You’ll drive product adoption, understand each customer’s workflow, identify where they derive value and where they do not. You’ll spend your time building expertise and helping customers apply the product in a lasting way. It suits someone who enjoys running sessions, explaining complex concepts clearly, and helping customers maximize the product.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver onboarding and ongoing training sessions to customers
  • Drive product usage and engagement across your accounts
  • Run webinars and scalable enablement programmes
  • Act as a go‑to resource for product guidance and best practice
  • Identify gaps in usage or engagement and take action
  • Feed back opportunities for additional products or services internally
  • Track customer activity, engagement, and potential risk
  • Become a product champion with absolute knowledge of the PatSnap tools
  • Continuously build and maintain high levels of specialization in the IP and innovation intelligence market

About You

  • Living in London and able to commute to the London office (hybrid role)
  • University degree in STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
  • Experience in a client‑facing B2B role (Customer success, consulting, solutions, training)
  • Confident running sessions and speaking to groups
  • Clear communicator who keeps people engaged
  • Motivated by setting a high bar and taking ownership of results
  • Quick to learn new tools, products, and ways of working
  • Organised and diligent in managing work
  • Committed to doing things properly, even when unsupervised
  • Enjoys learning and delving deeper than required
  • Meticulous in professional management
  • Able to quickly and proficiently understand new information
  • Willing to work hard when needed; follows through properly
  • Solution‑oriented, seeking better ways when something isn’t working
  • Comfortable working independently or in teams
  • Comfortable with technology and interested in how products work
  • Knowledge or awareness of AI/Agentic AI is advantageous
