Role Summary: The Project Manager will supply the best bespoke services in the PatSnap ecosystem, including delivering top quality training to enable, empower and engage our clients. This role is about turning access into impact. You’ll work closely with customers to make sure the PatSnap platform doesn’t just get implemented, it gets used properly and delivers real outcomes. You’ll support clients from onboarding through to later stages of their contract, running training sessions, re-engaging teams where needed, and ensuring they continue to get value as their needs evolve. Sessions are delivered both directly with clients and at scale through webinars and other scalable approaches, with a focus on building confidence and capability with the platform. You’ll be responsible for driving product adoption across your accounts, understanding how each customer works, where they are getting value, and where they are not. This is a hands-on role. You will spend your time in the product, working directly with customers, building expertise, and helping them apply it in a way that sticks. It suits someone who enjoys running sessions, explaining complex things clearly, and helping customers get the most out of the product.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing training sessions to customers
- Drive product usage and engagement across your accounts
- Run webinars and scalable enablement programmes
- Act as a go-to for product guidance and best practice
- Identify gaps in usage or engagement and take action
- Feed back opportunities for additional products or services internally
- Track customer activity, engagement, and potential risk
- Become a ‘product champion’ with absolute knowledge of the PatSnap tools.
- Continuously build and maintain high levels of specialization in the IP and innovation intelligence market.
About You:
- Living in London and able to commute to the London office (this is a hybrid role)
- University degree in STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
- You’ve worked in a client-facing B2B role (Customer success, consulting, solutions, training)
- You’re confident running sessions and speaking to groups
- You communicate clearly and know how to deliver information in a way that keeps people engaged
- You’re motivated by doing well and setting a high bar for yourself.
- You take ownership of your results
- You pick things up quickly and are comfortable getting up to speed on new tools, products, and ways of working
- You’re organised and take pride in how you manage your work
- You care about doing things properly (even when no one’s watching)
