The Role We are looking for an Installation and Service Engineer to join our team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a varied role with an immediate start. Key Responsibilities Install, service and maintain intruder alarm systems. Install, service and maintain CCTV systems. Install, service and maintain access control systems. Complete service call-outs as required. Maintain accurate service and installation records. Provide professional and friendly customer service. Identify and report any additional works or issues where appropriate. Relevant technical knowledge and practical engineering experience. Experience working with security systems, ideally intruder alarms, CCTV and/or access control. Good communication and customer service skills. A full UK driving licence, where required for the role. The successful candidate will be required to undergo security screening, including a DBS check and global watchlist check . 140 per week service call-out allowance. Company car. Mobile phone.
