We're looking for an ambitious university student who is passionate about technology, AI, and real estate. You'll work directly with senior leadership on projects spanning investment management, smart buildings, AI adoption and market research. This is a hands-on role offering exposure rarely available at student level.

Your Responsibilities

  • Research emerging PropTech, AI and Smart Building technologies
  • Benchmark competitors, investment managers and technology providers
  • Produce concise research reports and executive summaries
  • Collect, clean and analyse portfolio and market data
  • Support creation of dashboards and presentations
  • Assist with financial and operational analysis
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research and content creation
  • Help develop internal AI use cases and workflows
  • Test new technology solutions and document findings
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership
  • Create charts, visuals and investment case materials
  • Draft briefing notes for meetings and conferences
  • Coordinate pilot projects with technology vendors
  • Track project milestones and actions
  • Support event preparation and stakeholder communications

What we look for

Essential:

  • Current undergraduate or postgraduate student
  • Excellent analytical and research skills
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent written English
  • Curious about AI and technology
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Desirable:

  • Experience using ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or similar AI tools
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate or technology enabled real estate
  • Basic data analysis (Power BI, SQL or Python)
  • Experience producing professional presentations
