Join our Investment Controlling team in Copenhagen, Augsburg, Frankfurt Main, Hamburg, Luxembour or London as an Investment Controller (m/f/d) and play an active role in managing and shaping our real estate investment platform across the Nordics.Your ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will take ownership of investment controlling activities for our real estate companies in the Nordics and work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality financial information and smooth operational processes. Your key responsibilities will include:Ensuring the quality and consistency of financial data provided by local accounting service providers and reviewing reconciliations to Fund GAAPActing as a trusted point of contact for internal stakeholders and external service providers, including accountants, legal advisors, and tax advisorsOverseeing the timely preparation and review of annual financial statements and tax returns, including the coordination of tax auditsSupporting proper corporate resolutions and ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirementsContributing to acquisition and disposal processes and supporting the setup of new investment structuresWhat we look forDegree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling, banking and finance, auditing, or taxSeveral years of experience in investment controlling, auditing, due diligence, or accounting, preferably in the real estate or fund industryStrong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a genuine interest in numbers, financial statements, and complex investment structuresSound knowledge of accounting standards and experience in reconciling different accounting frameworksStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersProactive mindset, high level of ownership, resilience, and flexibilityConfident user of SAP and MS Office, especially ExcelVery good written and spoken English skillsWhat we offerCompetitive and performance oriented remuneration package.Hybrid working environment and mobile working.Various skill building and learning opportunities through PATRIZIA Academy, like talent development programs and mentorship.Inclusive and equal-opportunity workplace (incl.
