As Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d) in our Sales Enablement team you will play a key role at our location in Augsburg, Frankfurt Main or London!
Responsibilities
- Providing operational support to the global sales team in day-to-day operations (including developing prospect lists and coordinating and tracking sales activities in detail)
- Managing, monitoring and analysing sales KPIs in Salesforce, and identifying necessary actions
- Ensuring data, process and quality standards (including meeting notes, client engagement and preparation of roadshows)
- Continuous optimisation of sales processes and structures; application of automation (including AI)
- Collaboration on and leadership of sales and business projects, particularly regarding the expansion of Salesforce as a central client and business intelligence platform
What We Look For
- A successfully completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification
- 3–5 years’ professional experience in sales management or a comparable role within a global B2B environment, ideally with experience in the real estate/real asset industry
- A very good understanding of sales processes, KPIs, reporting and data-driven management
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and BI dashboards
- Experience in project management
- Experience in CRM automation and the application of AI is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work and a high degree of initiative
- Strong communication skills, a hands-on mentality and a client-excellence mindset
- Excellent command of German and English
