Do you want to actively shape Talent Acquisition rather than simply manage applications? As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at our offices in Augsburg, Frankfurt/Main or London, you will strengthen PATRIZIA’s ability to identify, attract and engage the right talent for our business. Your focus will be on modern recruiting channels, active sourcing, talent pools, employer branding, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
You will work closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and international stakeholders, translating role requirements into clear search profiles and developing targeted sourcing strategies. At the same time, you will help take our recruiting processes to the next level through structured scorecards, clear documentation, data-driven insights, modern interview and selection standards, and practical training for Hiring Managers.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop targeted recruiting and sourcing strategies for different role profiles, markets, and talent segments.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define search profiles, candidate personas, and hiring requirements.
- Identify, assess, and continuously optimize recruiting channels, ranging from LinkedIn Recruiter and social media platforms to specialized job boards and professional networks.
- Proactively identify, engage, and attract qualified talent through active sourcing, talent communities, networking events, and digital channels.
- Build, maintain, and further develop sustainable talent pools for current and future hiring needs, particularly within strategically relevant target groups.
- Screen and shortlist suitable candidates and provide meaningful candidate profiles and market insights to support hiring decisions.
- Deliver a professional, transparent, and positive candidate experience across all key recruiting touchpoints.
- Enhance our employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to position PATRIZIA as an employer of choice in our target markets.
- Analyze recruiting metrics, channel performance, and candidate funnel data, deriving actionable measures to improve quality and efficiency.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage candidate information in Workday Recruiting, ensuring high data quality and process integrity.
- Further develop and professionalize recruiting processes through structured scorecards, improved candidate preparation, interview guides, and Hiring Manager training.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners on the engagement of external search firms.
What You Bring
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Executive Search.
- Proven experience in identifying effective recruiting channels and engaging professional and specialist talent segments.
- Strong expertise in active sourcing, social media recruiting, and ideally in building university and academic networks.
- Ability to support HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers through structured market intelligence, candidate insights, and clear shortlists.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high level of initiative.
- Strong interest in modern recruiting methods, employer branding, HR technologies, scorecards, and data-driven decision-making.
- Solid experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally Workday Recruiting.
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Passion for talent acquisition, employer branding, recruiting marketing, and building long-term candidate and university networks.
