Markets move faster than ever, investors decide differently than they did a year ago, and AI is rewriting how a company tells its story in real time. PATRIZIA’s answer is a Company Newsroom: one place where the PATRIZIA story is shaped, sharpened and sent out into the world — to investors, to the media, the stock market and to our people. We are looking for a senior leader to build it and own that story end to end. As Head of Company Newsroom, you make the complex world of real assets and capital markets feel clear, fast and genuinely compelling. You set the narrative, decide what gets said and how it lands, and put AI to work at the speed of the news cycle — all measured by the trust, brand visibility and growth you create.
Your Responsibilities
- Build, shape, and lead a high‑performing, integrated Corporate Newsroom as the Company’s central communications hub.
- Lead and inspire an international, multidisciplinary team across External & Internal Communication, Investor Relations, Marketing and Events functions.
- Review and continuously refine the Newsroom’s setup, operating model and workflows – putting the right structure, processes, tooling and governance in place for an integrated function to perform.
- Define and drive the corporate narrative across all stakeholder groups.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership on communications, reputation, and strategic positioning.
- Set the strategic direction for global internal communications, strengthening organizational alignment, trust, and cohesion.
- Strengthen global media presence, thought leadership and digital performance.
- Continue trust‑building via transparent capital markets communications at Group level.
- Advance and protect the corporate brand through senior executive oversight of content strategy and the delivery of high‑profile corporate and capital markets events.
- Establish a Digital‑first and AI‑enabled communications hub to increase reach, relevance, and efficiency.
- Define the KPIs that prove communications impact – reputation, share of voice, investor engagement, brand and reach – and use the data to steer decisions and investment.
- Own the function’s budget and steer agencies and external partners to deliver maximum value, quality and speed.
- Lead communications in critical situations – fast, clear and coordinated across all stakeholders and channels.
What We Look For
- 10–15+ years’ extensive experience in a senior role within corporate and/or financial communications, preferably in the financial services sector, asset management or related industries, preferably for a stock‑market listed company.
- Track record in brand building, marketing, client experience and events.
- A track record of building and integrating international, multidisciplinary teams.
- Strategic thinker combined with a highly effective, hands‑on approach to execution.
- Excellent executive‑level communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Genuinely Digital & AI‑fluent – you use modern tools and channels hands‑on and treat them as a creative and strategic advantage.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
What We Offer
