Reporting to the Regional Head of Investment Management in the UK, this role is based in Warrington and focuses on enhancing portfolio performance at Birchwood Park through sustainable strategies and leveraging PATRIZIA’s unique capabilities, while coordinating with the London office.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategy for assets in the Birchwood Park portfolio
- Proactively manage assets, including repurposing/repositioning
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors and tenants
- Optimise lettings within the portfolio
- Monitor relevant asset KPIs
- Assess risks and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations
- Drive digital and technical innovation to enhance portfolio value
- Identify attractive opportunities and understand market trends
- Review and challenge valuations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Fund Managers, ESG Team)
- Steer and monitor external partners (e.g., Property Managers, Letting Agents, Lawyers)
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in real estate, law or business economics
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate
- Affinity with transactions and/or asset management
- Understanding of financial practices applied to real estate
- Well informed on legislation applicable to real estate
- Good knowledge of the UK real‑estate markets and relevant network
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
- Resilient, well‑organised, multi‑tasker and team player
- Proactive, flexible and assertive
