Als Leiter Group Accounting (m/w/d) im Bereich Group Reporting & Consolidation am Standort Augsburg spielst Du dabei eine entscheidende Rolle!
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du bist mit Deinem Team für die Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse, Quartalsmitteilungen, des Halbjahresberichts und Geschäftsberichts inklusive Anhang im Konzern zuständig.
- Du verantwortest die Konsolidierung eines internationalen Konzernverbunds nach IFRS.
- Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst ein vierköpfiges Spezialisten-Team.
- Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung der Systeme und Prozesse und gibst Dein Wissen an Kolleginnen und Kollegen weiter.
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer und interne Fachbereiche.
Was Du mitbringst:
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Accounting oder eine vergleichbare Vertiefung.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Konzernrechnungslegung sowie Abschlusserstellung in einem internationalen, kapitalmarktorientierten Unternehmen bringst Du mit.
- Du hast bereits Führungserfahrung gesammelt.
- Solide Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und IFRS zeichnen Dich aus.
- Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und/oder in der Projektleitung.
- Du besitzt sehr gute MS Excel-Kenntnisse und idealerweise auch SAP-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit einer Konsolidierungssoftware (z.B. Tagetik).
- Dein analytisches, konzeptionelles Denkvermögen und eine praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich ebenso aus wie ein hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit.
- Dank Deiner Kommunikationsstärke in deutscher und englischer Sprache ist die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kollegen kein Problem für Dich.
