Company Description Patrick Mann & Associates Ltd are a leading risk-engineering consultancy based in Cheshire. We specialise in Extreme Loads and Blast Engineering and are a leader in the field. Our current project portfolio includes the design of several high-profile developments throughout the UK and worldwide against extreme load events. Current design projects include: Premier League football stadia Major events arenas Railway/HS2 stations MOD/defence buildings Due to the continued expansion of the business, we are keen to recruit high calibre Senior Structural Engineers to join our team, who is eager to further their professional development within a relaxed and friendly environment. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Frodsham for a Senior Structural Engineer. The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing complex calculations, conducting structural analysis, and developing detailed structural engineering designs. Day-to-day tasks also include using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify structural plans, collaborating with other engineers and construction personnel, and ensuring all projects comply with project specifications. Qualifications Proficiency in performing Calculations and conducting Structural Analysis Strong expertise in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and analysis software Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and team collaboration abilities Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field Chartered engineer status (MICE or MISTructE) is a plus What can you expect from us?
