We are looking for a PA to join our Business Support team.

Patria Global Private Market Solutions (GPMS) business manages more than $12bn of primary, secondary and co-investment investments in multiple jurisdictions and within a broad range of collective funds and segregated accounts. The business has an exciting future following its acquisition by Patria Investments in 2024. The role is primarily based in our Edinburgh office. We operate a hybrid working policy with the opportunity to work from home one day a week.

Role Purpose
The role will provide PA support to a number of senior GPMS colleagues and lead the delivery of some wider management responsibilities. The role is part of a team of three and will report to the PA and Business Support Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and efficient PA service to a group of senior GPMS colleagues including diary management, travel booking, expenses and administrative support.
- Coordinate and diarise primary business forums (eg Board, Management Group, Investment, Risk and Valuation Committees).
- Coordinate the Joiners / Movers / Leavers processes in collaboration with HR.
