The Opportunity

We are looking for a PA to join our Business Support team.

About the Team

Patria Global Private Market Solutions (GPMS) business manages more than $12bn of primary, secondary and co-investment investments in multiple jurisdictions and within a broad range of collective funds and segregated accounts. We operate a hybrid working policy with the opportunity to work from home one day a week.

Role Purpose

The role will provide PA support to a number of senior GPMS colleagues and lead the delivery of some wider management responsibilities. The role is part of a team of three and will report to the PA and Business Support Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • PA and Business Support: Provide proactive and efficient PA service to a group of senior GPMS colleagues including diary management, travel booking, expenses and administrative support.
  • Business Management: Coordinate and diarise primary business forums (eg Board, Management Group, Investment, Risk and Valuation Committees). Coordinate the Joiners / Movers / Leavers processes in collaboration with HR & IT. Support wider tasks within the team such as mailbox management, third party liaison and docusign administration.

Skills and Experience

  • Must have experience of working as Personal Assistant, ideally in Financial Services. Private Equity / Private Asset experience is preferable but not essential.
  • Strong work ethic - used to working 'against the clock' and juggling multiple tasks.
  • Strong relationship management - able to coordinate and influence multiple stakeholders and agendas.
  • Communication skills - able to communicate clearly and effectively with key stakeholders inside and outside of the organisation.
  • Highly organised - able to prioritise and escape effectively.
  • Teamwork - able to work effectively as a member of the PA and Business Support team to ensure seamless cover and support for key stakeholders.
