Role Purpose
We are looking for an Investor Relations Analyst to join our GPMS European team.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Assist in the planning and execution of communication materials (presentations, pitchbooks, etc.).
- Carry out the organization of investor events (roadshows, meetings, etc.): agenda, invitations, logistics, and outsourcing.
- Executing analysis and calculations of returns, benchmarks, portfolio company financials, market studies, etc.
- Perform Benchmarks using market intelligence tools.
- Keep the area database up to date.
- Direct and review the work of interns, contributing to their training.
Role Specific Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:
- Economics, BA, Accounting, Finance, Engineering and law degrees preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of corporate finance (valuation, multiples, etc.).
- Ability to concentrate and meet multiple demands simultaneously.
- English language proficiency (required).
- Strong analytical ability.
- Organization, diligence and autonomy.
- Ability to interact and build relationships with people across the organization, regardless of geography or seniority.
- Office Package Domain (Power Point and Advanced Excel).
