We’re continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the strongest team in the creator economy. As part of our goal to expand into Europe, we’re looking for an Acquisitions Manager (Contract) to help drive creator growth, strengthen our regional presence in the Nordic regions, and support our mission to empower creators to build sustainable businesses on Patreon. This role is based in London.
About the Team
The Creator Acquisition team at Patreon is focused on helping the world’s digital creators launch sustainable businesses through membership and direct-to-fan community-building. We work directly with creators and their teams to launch and grow on Patreon, offering personalised support, proven best practice strategies, and the tools they need to succeed. Our mission is simple: to empower creators to own their work, deepen connections with their communities, and thrive creatively and financially on Patreon.
About the Role
- Own and drive a robust pipeline of creators, enabling them to launch their memberships on Patreon.
- Leverage your personal network to find points of contact and forge relationships with key players in the creator economy.
- Execute on sequenced acquisition email campaigns on a daily basis.
- Lead sales calls with digital creators with subject-matter expertise in launching and growing a subscription business.
- Manage pipeline via CRM reporting & tracking.
- Stay informed & communicate to the team on latest emerging trends in the creator economy with proposed acquisition targets and actionable leads.
About You
- 4-5 years of experience working in the creator space, specifically working with creators on monetisation strategies.
- Experience collaborating with Legal, Data Science, Marketing, and Finance teams and using data-backed strategies to inform strategic decision-making.
- Deep passion for the creator economy, podcasting & the intersection of social video platforms, and creators in general.
- Take pride in putting creators first.
- Highly motivated, energised by project management, and excels in a fast paced environment working alongside a growing team.
- Extraordinary organisational skills, multitasking skills, and remain detail-oriented at all times.
Preferred qualifications: experience working with top tier podcast and video creators on YouTube.

This role will be hired as a contractor and will report directly into the UK Acquisition team based in London, with the option to work from the UK office as needed.
