The Role: We are hiring for an enthusiastic midweight Graphic Designer to take full ownership of the creative design. You will support marketing campaigns and wider initiatives that shape how nurses and patients experience Patient Choice. You will be passionate about how your creative design can drive meaningful impact within healthcare. You will join a friendly marketing team of three, where you will be able to collaborate, contribute ideas, concepts and create high quality design work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work across a broad range of projects, from campaign and advertising briefs to applying your design expertise to the visual experience of new digital platforms.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, and best practice while managing multiple projects and meeting various deadlines.
  • Support the development and ongoing application of the Patient Choice brand identity, ensuring brand guidelines are clearly understood, keeping to the Patient Choice tone of voice.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team to support brand development and campaign delivery.
  • Design and deliver high-quality creative assets from day-to-day marketing briefs, across traditional and digital channels including paid advertising, organic content, print, campaigns and internal communications.
  • Contribute design expertise to digital products and platforms.
  • Partner with the technology team to develop user-focused visual concepts for new tools, platform enhancements and evolving digital experiences.
  • Translate briefs into accessible, engaging and user-centred design, creating both static and animated assets.

About You:

  • A degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Solid and proven experience working as a Graphic Designer, or Midweight Graphic Designer, with a solid portfolio to demonstrate your skills.
  • Proficiency in core design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
  • A genuine interest in AI, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience in designing websites, digital platforms, apps, including wireframes and visual concepts.
  • Strong understanding of branding and visual identity, with experience in evolving branding guidelines.
  • Ability to work confidently from marketing briefs while also contributing creative ideas and concepts.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills, to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Clear and confident communicator.
